Introduction

  • The Terms & Conditions of sale detailed below only govern the contractual relationship between the User/Customer, hereafter referred to as «You» and Stoor Ceramics hereafter referred to as «We» and as «Stoor Ceramics».
  • This Terms & Conditions of Sale are applicable only to the Stoor Ceramics website: www.stoorceramics.co.za
  • Both parties accept these conditions unreservedly.
  • These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior dispensation.
  • We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our Terms & Conditions of sale, having read them.
  • These Terms and Conditions of sale are important for you and Stoor Ceramics as they have been designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between both parties.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to order.
  • You have to place the order on our website: www.stoorceramics.co.za (24 hours a day and 7 days a week)

Ordering a product

The ordering process consists of 7 easy steps:
  1. Register with Stoor Ceramics on our website: www.stoorceramics.co.za
  2. Choose the products you would like to buy and confirm your basket. Ensure that you verify the characteristics of your order (colour, amount, size, price, etc.)
  3. Choose your delivery method.
  4. Fill out the customer form (title, first name, surname, complete delivery address, email, and telephone number).
  5. Select your method of payment (EFT / Direct Bank Deposit / Manual credit card payment).
  6. Accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale / Privacy Policy by ticking the boxe(s) reserved to this effect on the order summary page.
  7. You will receive confirmation in the form of an email.

Product Specification

  • Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time.
  • Stoor Ceramics shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any product.
  • If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description we will remedy this by providing you a full refund upon the return of the item.

Pricing

  • For others worldwide customers: The prices do not include VAT or any other tax payable in your country when item is bought on the Stoor Ceramics website.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the price applicable when the order is registered.

Availability / Estimated Delivery Times

  • We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavor to dispatch all parts within the quoted time.
  • If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be dispatched as soon as it is available.
  • We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible.

Secure Payments

  • We accept payments via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer / Bank Transfer), or Direct Deposit, or Cash on Delivery / Collection or via manual credit card payment (customer form must be signed and returned via email/fax).
  • You will find our banking details when finishing the order as well as by email on the order confirmation.
  • You will be able to perform the transfer at your bank.
  • As soon as we receive your payment and the funds have been cleared, the order will be shipped.
  • If you are an international visitor please be aware that your bank will charge you an international transfer fee, therefore increasing the overall cost of your order. We only recommend choosing this payment method for large (high value) orders.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques or postal orders, eurocheques, cash in any currency (except in South African Rand ) or International or South African debit or credit cards.
  • Stoor Ceramics reserves the right to refuse an order placed which has not been paid in full and cleared in our bank account.

Responsibility

For all stages, from access to the Website, browsing, filling in forms, placing an order, delivering items or any other service, Stoor Ceramics only has an obligation for due care. Therefore, Stoor Ceramics cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damages arising from the use of the Internet and completely outside the diligence and precautions taken by Stoor Ceramics. In particular, Stoor Ceramics cannot be held responsible for any disruption in provision of the service, or any external intrusion or presence of a computer virus. Customers benefit from guarantees offered by the brands listed on the Websites.
